Felipe Solis has been an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Dana Dean since 2015. Since that time, Mr. Solis has been involved in a variety of real estate, land use, zoning, and related matters. His practice focuses on review of complex materials with a goal of helping clients navigate multifaceted matters involving regulatory compliance, real estate contract formation and related transactions, and real estate litigation. In addition, Mr. Solis conducts investigative research involving historical records, civil records, criminal records, property transactions, estate transfers, and regulatory reporting.
Prior to coming to the Law Offices of Dana Dean, Mr. Solis worked as a contract attorney supporting complex copyright and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Solis has interned with three Bay Area District Attorney offices, including Alameda County, San Francisco County, and Contra Costa County, where he was involved in the prosecution of misdemeanor and juvenile matters.
In his early career, Mr. Solis worked in the high-tech manufacturing industry where he worked to ensure the successful production of high-quality semiconductor processing equipment, infrared spectrometers, and enhanced security screening systems.
