Our practice is limited to all matters related to Real Estate and Land Use with primary focus on Real Estate Litigation and CEQA. We represent a wide variety of clients including homeowners, real estate agents, and/or brokers in real estate litigation, as well as community groups, smart growth developers, and corporations with interests in land use development projects and related approvals.
